Adrienne completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC in 2006 while being actively involved in health and fitness as a Kinesiologist, athletic trainer and personal trainer throughout the lower mainland. In 2010, she graduated from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia with a Master of Physiotherapy.
Upon return to Canada, she established herself in both acute hospital care and in outpatient facilities with an emphasis in orthopedic and neurological conditions. With a continued commitment to on-going education, Adrienne has pursued additional post-graduate education in Human Movement, Manual Therapy, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Stott Pilates Rehab (mat and reformer) and the Integrated Systems Model.
Her keen interest for Women’s Health Physiotherapy took her back to Australia to complete a Post Graduate Certificate in the highly regarded Continence and Women’s Health program at Curtin University. Adrienne’s passion, experience and commitment to ongoing, extended knowledge in this specialized area provide a stable platform to assist her clients in the management of pelvic floor problems. This includes bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, ante and postnatal care.
Adrienne brings a wealth of knowledge in biomechanics and exercise prescription and believes in a holistic, client-centered approach using movement, awareness and education to empower her clients.
