Jeff Rolland

Physiotherapist
Jeff has been a physiotherapist since 2014, extending his love of sports and movement into a full-time career. Since graduating from the UBC Physiotherapy program he has focused on bridging the gap between rehab and performance.

Jeff grew up in Surrey playing a variety of team sports creating a lifetime love of movement.  Thus, his overarching goal is to get people of all ages and activity levels moving again through the integration of physiotherapy with strength & conditioning principles.

Jeff continuously searches for new advances in physiotherapy to incorporate into his practice since he strongly believes in evidence-based treatment.  This has led him down the road of sport science and bridging the gap between rehab and performance.  Utilizing a blend of manual therapy, intramuscular stimulation (IMS), and exercise Jeff will help you recover from any and all injuries.

Jeff thoroughly understands the requirements for return to play following an injury or time away from activity, excitedly working with all ages and athletic abilities. Jeff can provide detailed objective assessments of power, running mechanics, strength and speed. Allowing individualized programming based on each client’s unique needs

 Outside the clinic Jeff can be found golfing, in the gym, running, or hiking the local mountains with his wife, daughter and dog.
