Kjersti’s passion for physical activity started at an early age with a love for swimming which she continued to participate in at a competitive level through high school. During University, she discovered long distance running and road cycling. Kjersti certified as a personal trainer during University and started participating in half marathons, marathons and triathlons.
After completing her Bachelors of Human Kinetics and Masters of Physical therapy at the University of British Columbia, she continued to take courses to further her professional skills. Kjersti’s post graduate training includes, Level Three – Manual Therapy Orthopaedic Division, Functional Dry Needling, STOTT and Balanced Body Pilates – Mat, Reformer, and Rehab based courses.
Kjersti joined the team at Diane Lee and Associates in 2015, and has since completed numerous courses specializing in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy. She also completed the Integrated Systems Model Series in 2016.
Kjersti truly enjoys her work as a Physiotherapist and is excited to take on new challenges in the coming years.
