Joining Diane Lee as a member of the patient experience team has been a continually pleasant experience. My work background is not in physiotherapy reception; however, the team has ensured that I understand the unique culture and services of Diane Lee & Associates (DLA) so I am better able to convey the clinic’s vision and core values. to our community.
I admire the values and culture of DLA, the team’s passion is to educate and help people become empowered, and able, to manage their injuries and conditions. I see this every day, for every client and find this remarkable.
Outside of the clinic, I am a student pursuing a career in computer science. For fun, you will find me with friends playing basketball or bowling.
