You were the first and only Professional that knew what the issue was, thank you. I'm not saying I am happy I blew out my back but, I may be suffering more today if I had not.
Not only pain free but feeling strong and flexible. It has been a huge improvement for my golf. Most importantly I can pick up my daughters and toss them around without issue. I love being able to play with the girls without any real worry (although I will always be cognizant of my back and engaging my multifidus before any big lifts).
