Booking Appointments

Booking Online

Some clinicians allow online booking through our management website. Please call the clinic for your first appointment so we can ensure you are booked with the best person for your condition.

Once your account is set up you can book appointments with these clinicians and cancel with all clinicians online (up to 24 hours before your appointment).

Booking By Phone

For clinicians not offering online booking, all appointments are scheduled by phone, please call us at 604 538 8338.

Setting Up Your Account

After booking your appointment you will be sent a welcome email and advised on how to set up your account on our booking website at  You will also be sent our intake form to complete.

Manage Appointments

Your account on our booking website is a valuable tool that allows you to check your upcoming appointments, cancel any unsuitable appointments online (within 24 hours of the appointment), and update your registration details at any time.

Review Exercises

In addition, your therapist can upload video and pictures of your home exercise/therapy program to your account for home review.

Need Help?

If you cannot complete this intake form online our receptionists will be happy to help you, just be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to do this.  You will be asked to provide us with an email address so that you can complete our online intake form.

Late arrivals

We do our best to run on time and we respect that your time is as valuable as ours. If you arrive late, your time with the therapist will be shortened to avoid delaying those scheduled after you.

No show and short notice cancellation policy

If you schedule an appointment and do not attend (no show) or if you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be called by our reception staff and if this is the first time a compassion charge of 50% of the session will be billed. If this happens again, you will be charged fully for the booked visit. All cancellations with more than 24 hours notice are not charged so be sure to let us know when you receive your email or text reminder if you cannot make that appointment! We dislike charging you as much as you dislike being billed! 

First Appointments

We book 1 hour initial appointments and 30 minute subsequent appointments. We reserve 5 minutes at the end of the appointment for charting and room cleaning. Other time options are available on exception and with approval of the attending clinician. 

The following visits are required to be booked for 1 hour:

  1. All out of city, province and/or country consultations
  2. If we are seeing you only once at the request of another health practitioner. This will allow us sufficient time to do a proper consultation for both you and your referring practitioner
  3. Consultation for diastasis rectus abdominis evaluation
  4. Consultation for postpartum screening of the abdominal wall and pelvic floor muscles that includes an ultrasound imaging examination
  5. Consultation for vestibular therapy. Please be sure to have someone available to drive you to and from your appointment

Report Required?

Please advise us at the time of booking if you will require a report outlining our findings and treatment suggestions; there is an additional fee for this service


What to bring?

Be sure to bring the following, if relevant, for your registration:

ICBC clients

If you are a pre-existing client at Diane Lee & Associates, we will be able to help you with your MVA claim; however, we do not have a contract with ICBC and cannot direct bill them for your care. Similar to all 3rd party coverage (see below), we will give you a receipt for your appointment which you can submit to your adjustor for payment. You are responsible for ensuring ICBC will approve the payment so make sure you know their rules. 

RCMP/DVA/MSP exempt status

Please speak to the receptionist about specific coverage for these groups.

All other clients

Physiotherapy is not covered by the Medical Services Plan of British Columbia, however your individual extended health plan may cover part/all of your physiotherapy. You are required to pay for your treatment in full on the day of the treatment; a receipt for the services rendered will be issued at the time of your visit and can be submitted to your extended health plan.


We accept cash, cheque, VISA or Mastercard.

Subsequent Appointments

Subsequent appointments are scheduled for ½ hour; one-hour booking is available on request.

Some of this time is dedicated to charting, discussion, treatment planning and/or generating reports to communicate, with your permission, to the rest of your health team.

We do not double book, no other clients are booked in your time.

Check-up Appointments Available

After you are discharged you can choose to be sent an email reminder to book in for a followup ‘check-up’ appointment.

The length of time between your last visit and this reminder can be decided between you and your therapist. We aim to help you remain healthy and active and to prevent problems from becoming painful and limiting. The choice is yours! When you receive this reminder email, please call the clinic to book your ‘check-up’ appointment.

We are open Monday to Friday 7am-7pm.



Parking is free. The MNP Place has a large surface parking lot and is equipped with charging units for electric vehicles.

Please wear or bring suitable exercise clothing for each visit.
