I cannot explain how much better I feel! These last two appointments have been changing everything for me! The new stretch that we practiced on this past Monday has given me so much relief!
My left low back area is so comfortable now, I am only experiencing a little tightness above my right hip, maybe we can figure that out next time.
I just couldn’t wait until next Wednesday to share my excitement with you!
