Tina began her career in rehabilitation by completing a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology with a minor in Nutritional Science at the University of British Columbia. She then went on to pursue a Master’s Physical Therapy degree from the University of British Columbia. Tina has experience in a variety of settings including medical and critical care units in the hospital, a Clinical Pilates studio, and volunteering with Skate Canada and Women’s Rugby teams.
Tina has completed additional training in the Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Levels, STOTT Pilates Rehab Mat and Reformer, Mulligan Lower Quadrant manual therapy techniques, and Pelvic Health education on the management of female and male urinary incontinence and prolapse.
Tina enjoys staying active by going to the gym, hiking, camping, and exploring different fitness classes. Throughout her career, Tina has utilized the skills she learned while dancing and teaching music at a young age to assist in teaching others body awareness to facilitate returning to activity.
